By booking through our Web site, you reserve your room in real time at the hotel of your choice. The prices are the same as those offered directly by the hotel.

Our Web site uses the Siriona company's availpro booking engine. Several hundred Parisian hotels use the very same system. This means that the prices and availabilities listed on our Web site are those updated by the hoteliers.

For your safety, this means that your booking is immediately confirmed based on the availabilities provided by each hotel.

Prices and availabilities are subject to change at any time, due to updating carried out directly by the hotelier.

In order to guarantee your booking, a deposit of 13% of the total stay amount will immediately be billed to your banker's card at the time of booking. Please note that this transaction will be listed under "SECURE-BOOKINGS" on your bank statement.
The remaining balance (87% of your total stay amount) will be due on-site at the time of check-out via any mode of payment accepted by the hotel (banker's card, cash, traveller's cheque in euros, etc.).

Cancellation www.paris-rez.net

It's not only easy to book a hotel room via www.paris-rez.net, it's also easy to cancel your reservation 2 or more days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Excepting particular conditions specific to a given hotel, you will be reimbursed the 13% paid at the time of booking (less a €5 deduction). You will be automatically reimbursed via the banker's card used at the time of booking.
Please note that cancellations must be carried out via the Web site (see CANCELLATION in the navigation bar) in order to be credited the deposit amount. Cancellations carried out directly via the hotel (whether by fax, telephone, e-mail, etc.) will not allow you to be reimbursed. Again, please note that cancellations MUST be made via our Web site.

In the event of a NO SHOW (in other words, failing to turn up at the hotel the day of arrival and without prior notification) or a late cancellation (less than 2 days prior to the arrival date), the 13% deposit paid at the time of booking will not be reimbursed. Furthermore, you may be billed directly by the hotel for the first bed-night (less the 13% already paid) via the banker's card used at the time of booking.
The golden rule: Remember to cancel your booking in time and always notify the hotel or use the Web site's CANCELLATION button in order to cancel your booking, even for last-minute cancellations.
